Terms & Conditions for Che Wan Travel & Tour Sdn. Bhd.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Che Wan Travel & Tour Sdn. Bhd. (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including but not limited to group flight tickets, accommodation rentals, event management, tour packages, theme park e-tickets, and other related travel services. By engaging with our services, you (“the Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

 

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Reservations and Deposits

– All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.

– A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. The amount will vary depending on the service requested (e.g., group flights, accommodation, tours).

– Full payment is required no later than [insert number] days prior to departure or the event date, unless otherwise specified.

 

2.2 Payment Methods

– The Company reserves the right to adjust prices and will notify you of any changes before finalizing your booking.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by the Customer

– Cancellations must be made in writing to admin@chewantravel.com.

– Cancellation fees apply as follows:

– No refunds will be issued for unused services or no-shows.

– The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient group size, force majeure events, or supplier changes.

– In such cases, the Company will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund of payments made.

 

4. Travel Documents and Responsibilities

 

4.1 Passports and Visas

– It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that all travel documents, including passports and visas, are valid and comply with the requirements of the destination country.

– The Company is not liable for any issues arising from invalid or incomplete travel documents.

 

4.2 Travel Insurance

– We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings.

– The Company is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred during your travel.

 

5. Accommodation and Services

5.1 Accommodation Rentals

– Accommodation bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the property owner or manager.

– The Company acts as an intermediary and is not liable for any disputes between the Customer and the property owner.

 

5.2 Event Management (MICE)

– For Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE), the Company will provide a detailed proposal outlining services, costs, and timelines.

– Any changes to the agreed-upon plan may incur additional charges.

 

5.3 Theme Park and Other Tickets

– E-tickets for theme parks and other attractions are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

– The Company is not responsible for changes in park operating hours, ride closures, or other disruptions.

 

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 Limitation of Liability

– The Company acts as an agent for third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators) and is not liable for their acts, omissions, or failures.

– The Company is not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, delays, or inconveniences caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation disruptions.

 

6.2 Force Majeure

– The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to pandemics, strikes, or government actions.

 

7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Complaints

– Any complaints must be reported to the Company immediately during the event or trip.

– Written complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the completion of the service.

 

7.2 Dispute Resolution

– In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Malaysian law.

– Legal proceedings, if necessary, shall be conducted in the courts of Selangor, Malaysia.

 

8. General Terms

8.1 Amendments to Terms

– The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and communicated to Customers as necessary.

 

8.2 Privacy Policy

– Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

 

8.3 Governing Law

– These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
